Meet our Yoga Teacher Jenninfer
Jennifer Rose Esposito is the visionary founder of Peace of Paradise, a holistic health and healing offering that began as a community wellness center in Chester, VT. Although it is no longer a brick and mortar establishment, Peace of Paradise has evolved into a state of consciousness and continues to exist as the name of Jennifer's holistic health and healing business. Jennifer teaches yoga, Reiki, facilitates retreats, and works with clients at New Spring Farm in Peru, VT where she is also the Caretaker & Wellness Coordinator, growing & processing food, caring for cows & chickens, and coordinating classes & workshops. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Health Counselor, published author, and Yoga Instructor, with a Psychology degree as her educational foundation, she has been co-creating sacred space for powerful positive transformation for over a decade, working with people one on one and in groups. The fundamental element of her practice is to inspire, empower & support others to honor, strengthen, & trust their inherent intelligence and Divine guidance. Jennifer's personal wellness journey has guided her compassionate approach to embody the diverse elements and experiences that shape each individual and their unique path, meeting everyone exactly where they’re at, free from judgment or pressure. The unconditionally loving safe space Jennifer creates, illuminates the depth of each individual’s unique Divine potential to manifest their heart's desires for their highest healing good. The personal mantra Jennifer lives by is a simple one: "All is in perfect alignment, all the time."
“Every yoga class is different and it’s always exactly what I need!” - Current student
Jennifer’s yoga classes are taught compassionately from her heart for the highest healing good of all. The sequences are intuitively channeled based on a variety of Divinely synchronized elements such as the moon phases, planetary alignment, weather patterns, seasonal shifts, chakras, individual interests and overall themes in our lives. Some examples include immune boosting, detoxification, mercury retrograde, individual chakra series & chakra balancing, full & new moon connection, back pain & general physical pain, gardening season, grounding, earth honoring, heart opening, pre & post holiday, cultivating joy, summer & winter solstice, stepping into our power, flower essence themes, and hemp extract CBD yoga. Space is allowed for each participant to contribute to the co creative process simply based on the energy they arrive to class with and any information that they choose to optionally share. This helps both the individual and collective health and healing process and as one class participant shared, “I always learn at least a few things in class that I can take home to practice in my everyday life.” This is one of the ultimate purposes of yoga and Jennifer’s teaching style is practical and dynamic, incorporating sacred elements in every class, including breathing, mudras (hand yoga), energy healing, aromatherapy, flower essences, and insights for contemplation. Jennifer also teaches a seasonal Goat Yoga series at Taylor Farm, which has been an unexpectedly enlightening and fun addition to her practice. Jennifer is infinitely grateful for this unfolding journey and invites you to join her on the mat in a safe, comfortable, supportive healing space if you’re feeling guided to explore the path of Yoga.
