Rhonda Vignola Bio
Greetings to all! I’m a long-time yogi, at least to me. I started practicing about 18 years ago and continued, intermittently... for about 13 years. I’ve had the privilege to practice with some amazing teachers... some whom I’ve only met online like Colleen Saidman Yee, Jillian Pransky, Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Seane Corn, Steph Mitchell & others of which I’m so grateful. I practiced with Seane in person at Wanderlust at Stratton.
I received my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga & Ayurveda Center, and I’m pursuing the 500 hour late Spring 2021. One of my beloved friends, teachers & mentors is Nikki Myers, the founder of Y12sr (Yoga & the 12 Steps), of which I am a certified Y12sr SpaceHolder and offer online meetings with that. I’ve also had the privilege to practice and train with Manchester’s own, Jo Kirsch, of The Heart of Village Yoga, who inspired me to love Vermont, embrace the seasons & all they have to offer. Jo also led my first “Meditation Hike.” And, I was hooked.
I love the diversity in the yoga community. Connecting the mind & body movements, through breath is key. My passion for Restorative Yoga continues to grow... whether on the mat or in nature. Yoga is union, and it’s a practice that anyone can engage in. It’s waiting for you.
